Mandatory 60-Day Unclaimed Artwork Liability Release

LEGAL CONSIGNMENT NOTICE & DISCLAIMER

"UNCLAIMED ARTWORK & RETRIEVAL POLICY: All unsold artworks consigned for this exhibition must be retrieved by the artist or authorized representative on or before the designated Pick-Up Deadline. If the artist fails to pick up their artwork within sixty (60) calendar days following the official close of the exhibition, the gallery is released from all custody, care, and insurance liability. The gallery explicitly disclaims all responsibility for damage, loss, or deterioration of unclaimed items after 60 days, and reserves the right to assess storage fees, transfer to off-site storage, or deem the work abandoned in accordance with applicable gallery law."

I have read and unconditionally agree to the 60-Day Unclaimed Artwork Policy. I understand and confirm that if I do not pick up my artwork within 60 days following the closing of the show, Mesa Arts Gallery is NOT responsible for what happens to the artwork, and all custody and insurance obligations cease.
