1. Gallery Pickup (In-Person)
All items marked for gallery pickup can be collected at the main desk of our Denver gallery (1350 40th Street, Denver, CO 80205) during exhibition operating hours (6:00 PM - 11:00 PM, August 14-16, 2026). Please wait for a verification confirmation email from staff before arriving. Bring a copy of your email confirmation and Venmo receipt.
2. Domestic Shipping
Exhibition T-shirts and magazines are eligible for flat-rate domestic shipping across the United States. Shipping rates are calculated upon order verification. Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground within 3-5 business days of payment validation. Tracking information will be emailed once dispatched.
3. Artwork Handling & Crating
To preserve the integrity of original canvas works and fine art prints, artworks are shipped in custom, heavy-weight crates or flat-packs. Artwork shipping is handled by professional art shippers and is insured for its full value. Artwork shipping quotes are compiled individually and billed separately.
4. Damaged Shipments
If a shipped item or artwork arrives damaged, please document the packaging and the contents immediately. Take detailed photos and contact our support desk at faal@eazy.media within 48 hours of delivery.
